Premium Package A

Music only | 4-7 minute "walk through" and "pan" tour of a property.This is a more detailed, in depth tour, presented with background music. Tours may include various nearby landmarks or features (such as shopping, parks, etc), neighborhood shoots, maps, etc. as well as highlighting standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware, columns, water features, etc. Perfect for a large home or luxury property. Unbranded for use on the MLS - branded with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. $200

(Presented in 3 formats: The superior QuickTime (.mov) format (best quality); Windows Media Video (WMV) format (good quality) and Flash (.swf) format (acceptable quality). Tours may include various nearby landmarks or features (such as shopping, parks, etc), neighborhood shoots, maps, etc. as well as highlighting standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware, columns, water features, etc. Perfect for a large home or luxury property. Professional Narration | Professional narration for your "B" Package Tour: $40

Properties with 5,000 or more square feet: $100 each addition 1,000.

Travel/ gas surcharge (on tours further than 60 miles from Cottonwood, AZ)
A minimum of two (2) tours must be scheduled for the same day on sites further than 60 miles from Cottonwood, AZ. $25

*If you already are an 'enhanced' listing on Realtor.com, your tour will be posted to your listing at no charge. If you are not an 'enhanced' customer, there is an additional $20 charge to upload your tour to Realtor.com (optional).

Editing:

After the shoot the video is professionally edited. Transitions are utilized to guide the viewer through the home. The background music will be selected from royalty free music that is available to you at no charge and free from copyright restrictions.

Payment is required when the photographer is scheduled, and may be made by credit card or check.

Payment is non-refundable after photographing. We guarantee satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our tour, we will photograph the location again at no additional charge.

In order to produce the tour on time, we are dependent upon access to the location at the agreed time and date. Any change to the schedule needs to be communicated in a timely manner. An additional travel charge may be incurred if a timely change in schedule is not communicated within a reasonable period of time, or if the photographer is unable to access the location at the scheduled time.

If the session is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled photography session, the payment may be held as a credit for the next session, or may be returned less a $20 cancellation fee.

A minimum of two (2) tours must be scheduled for the same day on any locations further than 30 miles from Cottonwood, Arizona.

In no event shall we be held responsible for any damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for a tour.
